Loaded question. All time - King Crimson.
There are so many though. The newer ones like Faith No More and the Flaming Lips. The really new ones like The Mars Volta.

Linkin Park is my all-time favorite rock band. I enjoy listening to their music, their lyrics seems to be so powerful and interesting. I think they are a really good band, that is why they are my favorite. |

Wow, tricky question. As far as bands in the rock category I would have to go with the beatles. You just have to respect them for all they have done for rock, and I wouldn't feel right if I for instance chose the red hot chili peppers over them.
I also really enjoy the Rolling Stones |

I've gotta say either Beatles or Chicago. I don't know if Chicago really falls into the category of Rock, but I consider them a Rock band. And Beatles....I doubt anyone can argue with that one.  |

I used to like the Rolling Stones, but now their music just bores me. It seems to all be the same, and their style is just not to my taste. One of the reason Chicago is my favorite band is because their music is so simple, its no insane trumpet licks or anything that is near impossible to play, its just plain and simple and fun to listen to. Rolling Stones seem to try too hard to impress. |

My favourite rock band is System Of A Down, hands down. They win the prize...
Every CD they release it's a hit and I love the lyrics/beat of every song. I also saw them live once, and it was one of the best concerts ever. |
