I suggest getting limewire, a P2P download server, where you can download music, and movies and images staright to your hard drive, and its all free!

I would urge you to not use limewire or other gnutella based clients as they come packaged with spyware.
My favorite place is Soulseek. Great files, no BS spyware crap.
DC++ is fairly good but takes awhile to figure it out.
SOULSEEK is the way to go.
